
Baked tortellini with cream sauce
Ingredients:
Tortellini 500g, 1 small tin mushrooms,
400 g cream cheese (herbal), 2 cups crème fraiche (herbal),
oil, butter, 200 g grated cheese, 200 g ham
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cook the tortellini, leit it strain and and drain. Cut the ham into cubes. Heat the fat in a small pan and fry the ham in it. Add the mushrooms in and fry it for a short time. Reduce the heat and stir the crème fraîche and the cream cheese in. Stir it until a smooth sauce will be created and remove it from the cooker. Grease a casserole with butter and pour the drained tortellini in. Pour the sauce over and mix everything carefully. Give the grated cheese on and bake it for 10-15 minutes.
