The conference rooms in detail

Hessen

The "Hessen" conference room, with a base area of 60m³ and a height of 3m, is on the ground floor. It offers bright daylight, with a generous window front. Naturally, this room can also be darkened with electrically operated blinds. The "Hessen" conference room is characterised on the one hand by the large window front, as well as by its size, which provides a clear overview of participants. This makes all types of meeting possible, be it a seminar, group work, discussion, or lecture, for example.
This room can be booked at a standard daily rate for a minimum of 10 people.

Herkules A

The "Herkules A" conference room, with a base area of 81m² and a height of 3m, is on the 2nd floor directly adjacent to the Queen’s Garden restaurant. This room offers bright daylight and is fully air conditioned. It can be booked together with "Herkules B". The room is suitable for meetings of all types. It not only has the advantage of having an excellent, central location, but also offers a generous space in front of the hall which can be used for coffee breaks and snacks, as well as for presenting information materials.
This room can be booked at a standard daily rate for a minimum of 20 people.

Herkules B

The "Herkules B" conference room, with a base area of 81m² and a height of 3m, is on the 2nd floor directly adjacent to the Queen’s Garden restaurant. This room offers bright daylight and is fully air conditioned. It can be booked together with "Herkules A".
The room is suitable for meetings of all types. It not only has the advantage of having an excellent, central location, but also offers a generous space in front of the hall which can be used for coffee breaks and snacks, as well as for presenting information materials.
This room can be booked at a standard daily rate for a minimum of 20 people.

Herkules A + B

The biggest conference room, "Herkules A+B", with a base area of 162m² and a height of 3m, is fully air-conditioned, bright and welcoming. Its strongest feature is the spatial distribution, providing excellent acoustics.
Use the room for your conference from 9 to 5, and then end the day with a party. Herkules A+B is not only an excellent conference room, but also offers space for a celebration afterwards. With round tables, a generous buffet in the room, a dance floor, lavishly decked tables etc., your corporate party is guaranteed to be a success.
This room can be booked at a standard daily rate for a minimum of 40 people.

205 - 210 (individual rooms)

Each room, with a height of 2,45m, is 28.8m² in size, with daylight. Seating options range from block form to semi-circle. Suitable for group work, meetings, interviews etc. All rooms are equipped with the standard conference facilities, and have a generous supply of plug sockets, making them ideal for group work with laptops.
This room can be booked at a standard daily rate for a minimum of 8 people.

Panorama

The "Panorama" conference room, with a base area of 72m² and height of 2,50m, is on the 6th floor. Hold your conference in comfort with daylight and a view over Kassel. Your guests will be provided with their own break room and separate toilet facilities.
This room can be booked at a standard daily rate for a minimum of 10 people.
